Feldenkrais is a body training that enables reorganization of the body and nervous system through simple and differentiated movement sequences.

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais was, among other things, a physicist and the first non-Japanese judo master. He emphasized again and again: The quality of movement does not depend on the strength of the muscles, but on their ability to let go!

In the Romi – Performance we can use our body more skillfully in this way.

Muscles that have been permanently contracted for a long time (and we all have more than enough of them…) learn to let go again. This allows effective and graceful movements to emerge, we approach the dynamic balance of activity and letting things happen, new spaces open up to us and we also become more mentally and emotionally flexible.
